Honestly, its due to our judicial system. Since this is still an open case theres still a small chance hes found innocent, or else the evidence might not be clear enough. At that point, the family could sue the crap out of the news for tainting the jury and sullying their name. This isnt likely to happen in this case, but almost all news agencies have learned not to take the risk until the case is closed, and they have all learned it the hard way
