Did you think film school was worth it?
Thanks man! For me I would say film school was worth it, I learnt a ton about the way the traditional film industry works and also about cinematography, had the time and space to be creative without any pressure and also made some good contacts. That all being said, I definitely don't think you need to go to film school to be successful in the industry and I also think it's important to be proactive outside of film school, rather than just following what you're being taught.
Why have people started holding lav mikes instead of wearing them?
because it's easy when you're filming in a country field by yourself on a hot summer day
