I know all the shown preparation for broadcasting, in the morning.
I do it also, before my morning radio show "Good Morning" from 8 - 10 a.m. broadcasting.
But we are a very small radio station in sw germany.
So I must do it all alone.
To prepare my playlist, and all the news and stories to create the radio show. - the days before.
And to check the newspapers in the morning.
Doing radio, you need to be special for it. With a lot of empathy. Because you cannot see your audience.
And the most listeners are too lazy for response.
So enjoy it anyway - even to do it.
