  • Doing a test run with Haas to test out the new changes to difficulty, this run will be done on both Hard AI for development and Hard AI for races, going to be trying and see how it effects our gameplay and if it becomes more challenging for us to win races and championships.
    We will also be trying to finally aquire podium for the Hulk!

    If you are flabbergasted watching this as a newb, same lol. Nero is driving better then my Haas team. Still in the first year but def deeper in season doing better then me and im on normal. Had a really bad crash with mag totaling in p3 putting are main car back to 18th top speed for now. Besides for having almost no $ and the bad crash we still are 6th in team standings. Really surprised how good Haas is in game with how bad the drivers are compared to some of the top drivers. Only major dif is I got Marco Perrone for sporting director near start 84 rating. Picked up Theo from F2 as well with his engineer bit after. PS I dont knw 99% of these people haha I wanted nascar but most people recommended this game and I dont regret it.
    Oh no your magnussen crashed too

    On a calculator for the compound performance you would
    115.172-114.657=0.515
    .515÷ .04= 12.875 laps difference between softs and hards

      For those who maybe need to see it done in mathematical form.

    Hi! one question, why do you always put "rarely defend" and low aggression overtake when the race starts?

    • @NeroBax
      @NeroBax  2 месяца назад +1

      Helps to avoid incidents like crashes and lock-ups. Doesn't really seem to cost anything in terms of laptime.

    If possible, could you talk a bit more in depth in terms of how you come up with the numbers you do when discussing tire degradation at the 10:00 minute mark?

    • @NeroBax
      @NeroBax  7 месяцев назад +3

      Alex posted the calculation but I will go a bit more indepth on it on a race strategy guide I'm working on, will hopefully have that out this week.
      You basically take the difference between the tyres. Let's say softs average a 90.00 seconds laptime as an example. Mediums on the other hand average a 90.40 seconds laptime. The difference here would be just 0.4s.
      Then we take a look at degradation, if the softs degrade with 0.08s per lap and the mediums degrade with 0.06s per lap we want to find the difference, which here is 0.08-0.06 = 0.02.
      Then we take the difference in lap time 0.4 and split it on the difference in degradation 0.02.
      0.4/0.02 = 20.
      As such in this scenario we can expect the softs to maintain a pace advantage for 20 laps. This is based on running standard.

    6 races in and getting 2 4 in quali with a haas. How do you make such good upgrades I’m new to f1 manager and just can’t seem to get a quick car or maintain a quick car

      Also my pit stops are usually slow and I don’t know how to manage it

      You can see all my upgrades in the video, it is just making the car focused on cornering ability.
      For pit stops I am still figuring it out myself as they changed it not to long ago.
