@Johnny Be Good If she is a disciple of God (Father, Son & Holy Spirit- one God in Three Persons [which in itself is a mystery]), then Matthew 28 verses 19 & 20 applies, even to her.
General statement to anyone reading:
Be a disciple of God, be you a girl, boy, man or woman. You will not regret it on that fateful day. But those that mocked, chided and denounced will be trodden in the winepress and cast out to Eternal Shame.

Hello friend, We will pray for you. Philippians 4:13 tells us “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” There isn’t anything we can’t overcome with Christ working in our lives. Keep your focus on growing in Christ and walking with Him daily, hourly, moment by moment. Remember the promise of John 15:5 “I am the vine, you are the branches. I've been seriously contemplating joining the SDS church, especially because they keep the Sabbath, but it's very discouraging to see they allow women behind the pulpit. You can pick n choose what part of the Bible you follow n what part you don't.
Can someone please help me out here.

Jesus never said to Nicodemus anything about being adopted. He said "You must be born again...born of water (baptism) and the Spirit of God." There is NO adoption.
Romans 8:15
For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, “Abba, Father.”
Romans 8:23
Not only that, but we also who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, eagerly waiting for the adoption, the redemption of our body.
Romans 9:4
who are Israelites, to whom pertain the adoption, the glory, the covenants, the giving of the law, the service of God, and the promises;
Galatians 4:5
to redeem those who were under the law, that we might receive the adoption as sons.

I thought women are not supposed to teach according to the scriptures. And should have head covering in a situation like this. Just asking because I want to know.
You are correct. If a woman is following the Bible , she should have a covering on her head as 1 Corinthians 11 directs. It has to do with submission and recognition of headship, when praying, prophesying.

I read some of the other comments n most all of them have been answered except yours - which says a lot.
I've been seriously thinking about joining the SDS church because they keep the Sabbath but knowing they allow women to preach is a deal breaker for me cause the Bible clearly says that's a no no. So what else r they doing that's not in line with the scriptures ??? 🤔

So, this a repost.
Roles exist for each member of humanity.
Even with God, each Person has a distinct role. One God, in Three Persons
God the Father
Sustains us [Acts 17:25]
God the Son (Jesus the Christ)
Savior [John 14 verse 6]
High Priest (under the priestly order of Melchizedek) [Hebrews 5 verses 5 & 6]
Our Example [Hebrews 4 verse 15]
God the Holy Spirit
Convicts one of sins in their lives [John 16 verse 13]
Our Guide [1 Corinthians 6 verse 19 & 20]
Reveals to us the attributes of God that we need to portray in our lives [Galatians 5 verse 22]
Numerous other roles
In like manner, each human has differing roles. Women should not be the head of the familial (where a husband & wife exists) or spiritual household (as Pastor). (Exemplified in the Garden of Eden)
However, they can teach, as they, like males, are disciples [Matthew 28 verse 19 & 20], SHOULD they opt to be adopted as heirs of God (Ephesians 1:5)
Who was Deborah?
Not only was she a wife, but also a prophetess AND... get this... a judge of Israel. (See Judges 4 verse 4)
Proverbs 31 verses 30 & 31
A woman that reveres (worships/ fears) God, will be praised... let her own works praise her in the gates.
Having elucidated first from the Bible, here is what an inspired writer had to say on the matter during an interview with the editor of Imagination
When a great and decisive work is to be done, God chooses men and women to do this work, and it will feel the loss if the talents of both are not combined.
There should be selected for the work wise, consecrated men who can do a good work in reaching souls. Women also should be chosen who can present the truth in a clear, intelligent, straightforward manner. We need among us laborers who see the need of a deep work of grace to be done in hearts; and such should be encouraged to engage in earnest missionary effort.

There are women who are especially adapted for the work of giving Bible readings, and they are very successful in presenting the Word of God in its simplicity to others. They become a great blessing in reaching mothers and their daughters. This is a sacred work, and those engaged in it should receive encouragement.

The refining, softening influence of Christian women is needed in the great work of preaching the truth.
There are women who should labor in the gospel ministry. In many respects they would do more good than the ministers who neglect to visit the flock of God.

The tithe should go to those who labor in word and doctrine, be they men or women.

This question is not for men to settle. The Lord has settled it. You are to do your duty to the women who labor in the gospel, whose work testifies that they are essential to carrying the truth into families. Their work is just the work that must be done, and should be encouraged.
If a woman is appointed by the Lord to do a certain work, her work is to be estimated according to its value. Every laborer is to receive his or her just due.
