  • You will want to save this one! 360 calories 40g protein
    In a blender:
    1 cup Cottage cheese (LF)
    3 TBSP parm cheese
    1 whole egg
    salt & pepper to taste
    Spread batter on cookie sheet
    top with everything bagel seasoning
    Bake at 350° for 35 to 40mns
    Let cool. then top with ligt mayo, avacado salsa, lettuce, totmato, onion and bacon.
    Roll and enjoy!!
