I’m learning to write it down even if it’s the smallest thing!! I work way better from a list and seeing those check marks next to each item makes me happy. BUT, the only thing I need to do is inhale, exhale and rhythm!! I’m missing that part but it’s okay, I’m still learning on this journey of mine. Thank you for the reminder! 🍁

And I want him to know that I won’t be going with him I’m going to stay in my city/town and my family. And all my church families are here. I also do that before, just putting the idea in the back of my mind and then I forget it. So yeah, pen and notebook does help a lot!
