Ingredients:
200 gms paneer
2-3 tbsp oil to fry
For marinade :
1/4 cup thick curd
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 heaped tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp oil
salt to taste

I added this paneer fry in roti and rolled it with onion, tomato sauce, and the sauce made for coating paneer before frying. Turned out really nice. Thank you so much.

Coriander PWD
1 Heaped spoon kasmiri chilli pwd
1/2 TSP coriander pwd
1/4 TSP cumin seeds pwd
1/2 TSP garam masala
Salt to taste
1TSP ginger garlic paste
1/2 TSP oil
*U can also coat it with bread crumbs before frying. That's also very yum.🖇️*

I tried this recipe but it turned out pretty blank like the paneer was taste less. I used the same ingredients as shown, can anyone suggest what changes i must do or what might have caused this?
Paneer is usually tasteless snack.
Add some drops of lemon juice on the roasted paneer to enhance its taste and flavour before u serve. Yummy it ll be.

Why do you always think hands won’t be cleaner than your vessels. Can you give me any explanations that you can clean your ladles or utensils than your hands. If anything sticks to your hand will also stick to your vessels. Eat your food well not stupidly. Hands are the best weapon and tool that we have. Use it well
