(Serves - 2)

Paneer cubes - 400 gms
Salt - a generous pinch
Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 2tbsp
Turmeric - ½ tsp
Garam masala - ½ tsp
Coriander powder - 1½ tbsp
Cumin powder - 2tsp
Curry leaves (chopped) - a handful
Coriander (chopped) - handful
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Corn starch - ¼ cup
Rice flour - ¼ cup
Lemon juice - 3tbsp
Curd (whisked) - ¼ cup
Water - as required
Oil - for frying
FOR TOSSING -
Oil - 2tbsp
Cumin - 1tsp
Garlic chopped - 2tsp
Ginger chopped - 2tsp
Dry red chilli - 4nos
Curry leaves - a handful
Salt - to taste
Coriander (chopped) - handful
Lemon wedges - a handful

Hi Kunal, looks absolutely delicious will definitely try this soon. I have a request, I'm sure you will be receiving so many requests but pls do consider this- would love to see Paneer Burji masala (gravy) I remember eating in one of the Indian restaurants in east cost of US, it was amazing where the paneer was grated & added to the gravy it was super delicious. So please if you can do this & share the recipe it will be very helpful.
