It depends on your disease status. There is no/very less waiting time for investigations (except scans), chemotherapy, etc in TMH/TMC for all patients.

Mujhe general ward me pet ct scan ke liye 20 din bad ka appointment Diya hai ...kya private me shift hone ke bad is checkup ka charge badh jaega ?? Kya mai sirf ye scan private me kra ke wapas general ward me dikha skta hu ??
Appointment waiting time will not change much. But if you change file category, all your charges including admission, consultation, investigation charges will increase. Also, you cannot change file category repeatedly.

Hospital does not decide file category, it is the decision of the patient and no income certificate is required unless its NC category. If income is low, select NC or C category.

Kindly see your surgical oncologist for earliest possible dates or see social work department if they can speed up the process. Or you can opt for surgery at other centers of Tata Memorial- eg. Muzaffarpur, Bihar, where earlier dates may be available (if travel/stay is possible for you at other centers).

Good and well qualified doctor is more important that treatment in govt/pvt setup. Treatment cost will depend on many factors. Patient evaluation ke bad hi cost ke bare me keh sakte hai. However, cost is very less in Tata Memorial hospital as compared to other hospitals for same case.

Every cancer is treated in different DMGs (Disease management group, eg Breast DMG, Gynaec DMG, Gastro DMG, etc). Head of each DMG is the senior doctor for that cancer.

Mere father ko outside se surgery karane ko bol rha General section mein due to huge rush. Should I go to private section? Private mein Jane se surgery ka number mil jayega.
Waiting period is same for both-general and private. If you can afford, you can go for surgery from other hospital. You can also ask for your case to be transferred to other centre of Tata if waiting period is less at other centre.

मेरी मम्मी को ca overy का problem है औरंगाबाद इलाज चल रहा है डॉ ने 1st कीमोथेरेपी दी है किमोथेरपी के बाद मम्मी की तबीयत बहोत खराब हो गई है 😢 ca 125 की रिपोर्ट में 622 आया हुआ है l
2 कीमोथेरेपी के बाद सर्जरी करने के लिए बोला है डॉ ने बोला है l डॉ ज्यादा खुलकर बात नहीं करते हैं l बहोत खर्च हो रहा है पर सेहत मे कोई सुधार नहीं हुआ है 😢😢😢😢आगे क्या होगा कुछ भी पता नहीं है l
