I use MIDI software (like Garageband) to make these. I don't think I can make a good tutorial though, as I'm no professional and my process is not really consistent. I would say that overall, some music theory knowledge/intuition helps.

Our server is not very active anymore, and some people are destroying the country by blowing up some buildings,statue,houses and the owner decided to stop the server idk how cause I'm not the owner but stop the server like no one can join anymore and he said "the rp is done,the country has fallen due to the players destroying what we've work on, I'm sorry"

Canonically, there's no specific ideology, so it's up to your imagination! This is deliberately vague so that the lore in this universe doesn't resemble real world politics which can be divisive.
The party generally seeks to advance Cantusia's interests though. In the lore, the CNP has its origins in a home rule movement while Cantusia is a vassal state/subject of larger country. As different political situations develop, it's reasonable to expect the party platform to evolve as the decades pass.
