Touching another player while small will make both of you flat and will make you far behind.

How MK8D Trigs U: Oink Gold Peach, Gold Mario (at least he is an alternate), the villagers were separated instead of using that slot for Diddy, Birdo, FK, or Petey, The Feather is battle mode exclusive, only two new items exist, and three new karts, Bob-Omb Blast is just Balloon Battle with only bombs. 5 new battle stages but 3 retro, Wuhu Town just looks bad, its in day not night, unnessecary recolors, and fountain is replaced with flower patch. Each battle stage is ripped off of something else: Battle Stadium is a ripoff of Mario kart Stadium, SS Kingdom is a ripoff of SS Canyon, Dragon Palace is just Dragon Driftway, Lunar Colony is Battle Mode's Rainbow Road, Wuhu Town is a Wuhu Island copyright, Luigi's Mansion is a different interior version of the orginal, Battle Course 1 is like Mario Circuit 1, and Urchin Underpass is the EXACT SAME as the original. Also PINK GOLD PEACH!
