U could use tye fragment for jolt and weaken and take aevantage of both by using prismatic we get weaken and storm grenade we get jolt.This also work with titan grenade too
Lightning surge is just so weak for what it is, its basically meant to be the arc version of consecration but then barely ad clears in gm content compared to consecration destroying champs

nope x2 spirit of inmost is 800% with grenade & melee and also 50% regen

Real, I love crown of tempests. Nowadays I run rimecoat all the time but crown of tempests is a good 3rd or 4th on my list of favorite warlock exotics
