Ticks are all over in the mountains of Colorado, from the front range all the way west. So be careful where you hike, sit, picnic, or camp. Nasty little buggers!
I’m moving to Colorado from Arizona and I’m glad that me and you are a lot alike. So over here it’s more like watch out for the insects and snakes and all that bug stuff. Up there I’m going to be looking for wolves bears and that😂 Tradeoff for the heat and the cold, somebody from Colorado told me it’ll feel a lot like home in some tiny ways, because he came down here to see the heat and I want to go up there to see the cold so.
No! Wolves absolutely do NOT attack or threaten humans - they try to get away from you! There are many false misconceptions like this about wildlife, especially Wolves. Education can compensate. Coyotes and the big cats really are a threat to pets, little people, and ... livestock. Wolves are not.

Dont we have grizzlies this year.
Moose are much more dangerous than elk. It's not even a competition. The moose is the single most dangerous animal here in the Colorado Rockies.
Colorado now also have wolves so potentially they should be on this list too
