Regarding wells if you have a good well meaning no rusty or smelly odor it is an adjustment but not entirely bad. Check for stained tubs and showers and odor when running the water when looking for a home. Love that Bath offers large lots, green space, wildlife, not a lot of street lighting better for star gazing, winding roads and hills, has a very rural feeling and a destination for Ohioans to venture to just to get out amongst natural beauty, history with Hale farm and Stan Hewett Hall and walk the trails of CVNP and ride the cuyahoga railroad, bike on trails and see wetlands, marshes, meadows, dense forest, lakes and rivers, beautiful surrounding cities like Peninsula, Richfield and Hinckley. You get the feeling you are in a different world when in Bath in comparison to much of other parts of north and northwestern Ohio. Another advantage is because of the abundance of green space wildlife are amongst you but not as much an issue for homeowners like in very populated and deforested areas. If you like the hustle and bustle of city living this place is not for you. We like to keep Bath Township as it is not run to the green and create what many flee.
Thanks for your comments. Good advice about the wells. Bath really is a unique and wonderful area of NE Ohio that has a lot to offer, especially if you like nature.
Great video and I love the pros for Bath!
Thanks for your comment Tom! Glad you liked the video.
