i think whats also important is that the kid is looking to slide into the base but the hawaii player is blocking it and the kid probably doesn't want to hurt the hawaii player so he tries to slide to the outside of the bag with his foot, and loses control. (29:28) is a perfect example of what I'm talking about.
@@namaewakira7790 not hating what so ever but i play softball and usually nobody worries about hurting someone while sliding into any base, to me it just looked like his cleat got caught and his right leg locked. just my opinion though🤷♀️

theres no head first slides?
you can only slide head first going back to a base, not towards a base
The head-first slide call (28:20) is, I think, the only one in the tournament. Not a great call, but then again not a great slide, either.
