I've seen many "explanation" videos for svg, but they can't be compared with this. When you play with the possibilities with the coordenates, I can understand how the numbers work. I'm very thankful for sharing your knowledge. Thank you a lot!
Wow, this is so interesting! They both have their own unique benefits, but I have a feeling I will be using the Bezier Curve more often eventually, but I don't know, the quadratic seems like it can be used when you are making the curves quicker with less detail to whatever you are creating. Gosh, this is gold, I LOVE IT!
The very best tutorial I've seen on this topic. So well explained and easy to follow. Thankyou very much!
You're very welcome, Tedwood Peacock!
Thank a lot!!! I got the idea before the third minute started :)
Glad it helped!
Great tutorial, Quadratic Bezier finally made sense to me!
You're welcome! That's the whole purpose behind the video, to make things a little bit clearer. Glad I could be of service.
0:30 quadratic means x^2, cubic means x^3, quartic means x^4
TIL
it's apparently because a square has four sides
You are helping me a lot. Thanks!
Glad to hear that!
Thanks for two good and understandable lessons.
Glad to be of service!
Brilliant explanation. Cheers.
Thank you!
Great tutorial - fantastic explanation!
Great to be of service.
Amazing tutorial!
Thank you!
Just what I needed, thanks
15:30 they used to overlap, but is there a way to prove they were the same graph? also, is the red graph you changed to look different now a half ellipse?
The Q-coordinates seems to be the point, two lines would meet, is they both begin at starting and ending point of the curve and went into the direction of the line at these points. So it is maybe easier to see, what value they should have.
Thanks to this video I am able to understand curves.
You really simplified the complexity UwU
Glad I could be of Service!
many thanks...
"Quadratic is 4 and cubic is 3...." Hu...??
Exp.: Quadratic = 2, Cubic = 3
Sides: Quad = 4, Cube = 6
Vertices: Quad = 4, Cube = 8
Edges: Quad = 4, Cube = 12
Cube is always more than quad...
My bad, I got "quad" confused with "quart" which actually means 4.
How did you line up the X,y and the Numbers???
I have a previous video on how I created the grid.
very helpful! thank you
Glad to be of service!
Thanks too much!
You're very welcome.

Thank you.
