The kind of Properties that sellers are looking to sell at a deep discount due to the property needing rehabbed, the property is unwanted any more, or the seller's situation needs cash fast. Hi Jaime! Great video. I am a newer agent - have been working with my sphere of influence of mostly buyers and renters. I am looking to get a listing and start gaining experience working for sellers. What would you recommend the verbiage be for a Facebook Ad for someone who has not had a listing yet? For reference, I got licensed at the end of August 2020.
do find Learn or Download works better ? I have one just sold over $4K. Sending to Conversion. I will setup the same add to send to another landing site and see which one works better.
I just so happens that I had a listing that almost fits this ad 100%. Sold in 2 days for asking price and we had a second offer come a day later for 5k over asking. We could have had it down to one day but the seller was not available to accept the offer until the second day. I just kicked off the ad to see what we get. I did some poking around and between Cloud CMA and Remine. I decided to go with Cloud CMA. I will let you know how my results are. Nothing like real data. :-)

Unfortunate;y I received 0 clicks on my cloud CMA landing page. I am changing the single image ad to an updated multi-page/video ad to see if that increases views and impressions.
@@jaimeresendiz12 haven't yet. because of covid19 issue. currently my government in Malaysia executed Restricted Movement Order. Im not sure until when this will over. Even if i got seller leads still i can'y meet the house owner to inspect their property

Because that's the example I ran with. You can do other types of campaign objectives.

Why traffic and not conversion?
It's the most flexible. If you know how to do Conversion...go for it.

Check with your broker on what you can advertise. Also, the broker may have something you can advertise.
