The Premium terminal transfer with an I7 is wicked service there🔥. The golden lounge offers great options and well designed. By the way, its a bit disappointing to see that when you enter the plane, usually there will be stewardess welcoming you. Yet there is none found on your flight. The service seems to be detached. Is it due to late night flights?
The i7 certainly is a popular service amongst MH frequent flyers. To explain the lack of greeting when boarding, I was the second last passenger to board. I'd imagine the crew were more occupied preparing the cabin for departure and helping the rest of the passengers settle in.
As a longterm Platinum Enrich member, I find it shocking I was never informed about this i-7 transfer terminal service. Is this still on? Did you have to reserve? How does this work?
A good example of how bad MH/Enrich communications are to their elite frequent flyers. The i7 service was launched in January 2024, it's currently set to run until the KLIA Aerotrain is reinstated. Previously you could just ask for it instead of taking the premium bus, now I believe they hand out a pass at the check-in counter. Staff should be informing you of this service in theory. Available for both departing and arriving flights.

Very common, 4 out of 5 times there is no personal welcome by the purser or any of the cabin crew.

There will be a one-off uniform allowance to assist with purchasing your uniform for flying school, and a monthly allowance for personal use.
