Solution: How to unblock Internet access.
Check the outbound rules of Firewall, ensure TCP port no 443 is not blocked.
Turn off Antivirus firewall

I fixed it by going into "advanced settings" -> "Properties" -> "Private profile" and set "Outbound connections" back to "allowed (default)". For some reason it had reverted to "block".
and where is that?

There was only one 443 for me and it wasnt blocked?.. the internet access denied thing comes up whenever i try and go to tumblr on my pc i have no idea what to do ir why its blocked.

@@cloudhary i suggest you just wipe your computer and keep your files do this my going into recovery and reset the computer and click keep files this will delete all excess apps, but would most likely also fix your issue

i dont see any blocking access thing but some sites are still blocked can you please tell me why
I was running "Peer Blocker" and when I exited it (you have to go into the little menu at bottom right of most pc's ("Task bar"? "Smart menu"?) and fully exit out of it... then i could access the sites again!
