She is very disciplined in what she eats, what she drinks even how she sleeps. She said in an interview that she will have just two cookies, or one treat but that’s it. So she does have those things but in very small amounts. I think genetics does play a part but the mental strength she’s had all these years to take care of herself is not a small thing and should be commended.

She has aged, you can see wrinkles on her forehead, eyelid’s slightly dripping and neck has aged, she has aged gracefully and doesn’t look anything like these young girls in holly wood that have gotten their whole faces done and now have a Handsome Squidward face like my daughter says. Her lips are thin and all. She looks the same as when she was young except aged. Her body is exactly the same too! Look at the Kardashians there’s a high difference in having work done be aging naturally.

Not uncommon, my mother was an athlete and she had same osteoporosis. It can be reversed. It can be extremely painful.

I agree with you. I work with the skin and yes, you hide a lot of things you don't want seen.
