Hi Chris, thank you so much for all your videos in 2023. I really enjoy them a lot and often your finds give me an idea for my own collection. Merry Christmas and I look forward to your videos next year. Greetings from Germany.
Awesome as always! I think that heathcliff book has a little value to it! Those star issues were lower print if i remember right and now sought after. I'll have to see if I can find that White Knight series. Sounds interesting! Just amazes me when you bring in so many 70s and 80s books that are sometimes less than cover price! Congrats on those older daredevil books! Thanks as always for showing the books you get ahold of!
Yeah, I can’t believe the Heathcliff was so cheap. Pretty exciting find. The Batman Weight Knight stories I’ve read have been good so far. In the first one the premise is that Joker becomes sane and super smart and wants to save Gotham. It’s also got a nice arc for Harley Quinn. I hope you have a great holiday season!
nice score on Wolverine killing. you might know Kent Williams from his work on Havoc/Wolverine Meltdown. he split the art duties with Jon J Muth. speaking of Muth i recently discovered t he did some work on that Silver Surfer vol you've almost completed at the end of it, i'd like to check those out. trying not to buy much right now until i get rid of some stuff but really getting the itch to get out there and dig into some bins.
@@northgardencomics i almost never sell anything. from time to time though i'll go through the stuff i've read and pull stuff didn't care for along with maybe some keys i picked out of the bins but have no interest in and i'll trade them in. i've been tempted to take cash but so far have opted for store credit instead every time.
I just started buying books cgc and raw, I've been looking for smaller cons to go to I don't like the big events there's just too much to try to digest. I did add this con being from western Wisconsin would be a fun trip.
That’s great you’re close enough to add this show. I’ve enjoyed them so far. There’s also a couple new/upcoming sellers who have physical spaces in Stillwater. If you join the MCE Facebook group you’ll see more details.
I really liked seeing that Alf comic, people don't show a lot of Alf so it's always good to see one come through every now and again.
Hey! Well, I’m glad your patience and perseverance in watching paid off in this case!

Cool pickups Chris
Thanks Kendall!
Ahhhhh, I need that Heathcliff!
I was so happy to stumble across that one. I think the seller had a muppet babies anniversary cover too but someone got to it before me.
Another awesome video of comic book hunting. I am collecting any bronze age Marvel Comics I can get for a lower price.
Hard to go wrong with Bronze Age Marvel!

Impressive will power not buying things. So, do you read books then sell them? If so, are there books you don’t let go of but keep instead?
