Boundary conditions are wrong. Upper nodes does not move horizontally so you exclude possible compression on upper beams due to sling angle. Buckling of these beams must be taken on consideration.

Simple: 78480 N / 9.81 m/s² = 8000 kg.

@@nicadi2005 that would give a wrong answer cause 78480N will be applied to each of the selected beams.
