Leave it at 200 degrees, start with 25min on the meat side then flip and do 25 min on skin side. This also applies to the thickness and fat content of your pork belly. Best to keep an eye and adjust the heat if it burns

Add 1 tsp housin sauce on saucer and 1 tsp sugar on the other half. Dip pork in hoisin sauce then a dab of sugar and try
