in terms of choreography BTS is famous for having the hardest and most powerful among all k-pop groups.. the very high level of movement synchronization and some very dangerous moves make very few idols willing or able to cover their songs because it is very difficult. .
Yup! I remember there is a Korea reactor who is also in a BTS cover group and his reaction to On is hilarious he was just so stressed the whole time knowing he will have to cover it “it’s too hard.. this is too much it’s too hard… why are they going so hard?” He did do a 1 min section of it and even that was tough.
The fact that they do dance-heavy performances while singing live blows my mind! They’re so so so talented! And look at how night they do the round-kick… especially Jimin and Jungkook. Like wow. Jimin’s growl when live always destroys me. If you look carefully, they very often tweak they choreography to fit the space they’re in and to make each and every one of them unique!

The thing I love the most about BTS is how they make people, groups, cultures....feel seen and aspirational. I love seeing people get hyped when they see something in BTS that they can relate to, or that they didn't expect to see. Whether it's seeing them wear their favorite designers, or seeing them quote their favorite underground artists, doing a dance from their culture, inspiring them to want to be more expressive in their own style, seeing them have love for people of all color, culture, body shapes and sizes. They aren't just global stars, they are truly global citizens. Their natural openness, coupled with the opportunity their job brings to allow them to travel and interact with all different people, have made them a world ambassador of sorts.
Just seeing the glee on your face and on your friend's face when you both watched the MV, warms my heart. As a fellow African (Ivoirienne, now in America), I feel it too when I see them do the gwaragwara, and the shoki. Even just seeing BTS express their Korean culture is inspirational bc it seems that usually falls in the way-side in order to appear or appeal to Western audiences.
But for BTS the world is their demographic. So you will see East Asian, West Asian, African,, etc etc as influences on their work.

This was the first time they were on Jimmy Fallon and his show has become a favorite to visit on the East Coast of the US. Jimmy loves the guys and they love him equally. He always is so excited to see them and do fun games etc. When you have time check out their interviews etc!

IDOL is such a hype song. Live performance of this song in their concert is really amazing. You can feel their overflowing energy! 💜
As an ARMY since 2016, I'd say BTS is able to sing live while doing such difficult choreography because they practice REALLY hard.
Of course they do have talents, but it's really all the hard work.
TBH, it's obvious you can tell their performances in early-days have louder background music and less live vocals. Most vocal lines didn't have such stable vocals while dancing before.
The proudest thing I feel as an ARMY is that they ALWAYS IMPROVE SOOOO MUCH every time after a world concert tour. Like you can legit see the obvious progress and growth of their live vocals & performances and how they've started to find "their own voices" gradually.
fyi, in j-hope's part when he said "anpanman", they did pose like marvel characters. for example RM as Captain America

You don't need a cape or superpower to be a superhero, so every day people like mail delivery person, construction workers, firefighters, nurses, doctors etc can be your everyday superheroes. It doesn't take any special power to make someone else's day better and that's what BTS does. 🤗💜 Just a quick intro to the song, which is ONE of many amazing songs from BTS. Their discography is MASSIVE and always so encouraging & uplifting...always a message behind it. What kind of mood are you in? ARMY can suggest some songs. 😁💜🎶

I remember in one of many award shows they performed this...the stage literally shaked while BTS was performing...the other artists were literally holding their seats and some was so shocked and amazed...BTS KINGS💜🤯👑
Their live vocals are literally insane! I recommend you to watch and react to "Dope+Silver Spoon+Fire+Run Live Love Yourself Speak Yourself Tour in Seoul", they danced and jumped and sing in 10mins straight, with no trouble in breathing, still stable vocals

Thats really something that bts is the best at, they litterly always give it their alll, no mather how tired they are. They always give a 1000% and thats why the energy is sooo good from start to end
What impresses me about BTS is their ability to immediately adapt. The Tonight Show stage is really small, yet they perform as if they were on a stadium size stage. They are consummate professionals who love their craft. They never cease to amaze me.

Their dance formations are considered creme de la creme of the whole of Kpop. They usually utilize the whole floor incredibly well and also how they go high and low reflects in richness and 3D effect of the whole choreography. Credits to their main choreographer :-)
When you were asking " what are they feeding them , they are so energetic, they never seem to get tired".... well, that´s not exactly the true, unfortunately and its also a thing that many Armys haven´t either seen yet or tried to close their eyes for because it is painful to witness ( their injuries and all the pain ). They are total professionals, giving their all in each and single of their performances, smiling, seeming endlessly energetic and light on their feet, plus they do have to be in stellar physical condition....
but when lights go out and stage is over you can see them collapsing to floor, or even worse passing out. They performed and danced through injuries and pains and you wouldn´t even notice.
Suga for one got his left shoulder crushed/ dislocated and tendon ripped even before they debuted and it was never properly taken care of so he in principle has been living all that time in severe chronic pain ( almost 10 years).Only during last year when they had to cancel their planned MOTS:7 world tour due to Covid19, he grabbed their "pause" as an opportunity to have it finally fixed ( he went under a knife) and after almost 6 months of intense rehabilitation and healing he is finally ok ( hopefully). Jimin as a dancer has dealt with ton of back and knee issues as well. Jungkook who is groups youngest and as a center of their acts and a main vocalist with all eyes constantly on him, is notoriously well known perfectionist and over worker who routinely drive his body to state of total collapse and exhaustion ( J-hope and RM´s words not mine ...). They all have been trough a lot and what looks like a breeze to us is a result of hard labor and lost of physical pain. I am not sure you are ready for such videos, you barely started your journey, but there are quite a few out there to watch ( BTS pain, collapses and injuries ) - they are not so fun to watch but I think they are quite important to see as well so that you understand also dark side of their "not always that glamorous life".

If you could please also try watching there crazy and cracked head moments, you will definitely know them more about there personality. One thing is for sure..Of course they get tired.. JK even fainted backstage during their concert tours and Jimin loses his voice..But even so, they always tried their best to give ARMY a good performance no matter what..You can see it as you go through the docu parts of The Rise of Bangtan..FYI..their company and their managers do take care of them pretty well to keep them fit and healthy...

6:27 It is JK in the middle, he's really shy in the real life and usually wears bucket hat covering most of his face outside a set, especially when meet other people. Now it becomes a part of his own style, so if you see someone with this hat deeply on his face - 99% this is JK.

I'm not talking about behavior in front of cameras (BTS are kings of duality), but offstage, e.g. meeting other celebrities - he rarely participates in conversations unless he should respond.

Heaven only knows how many times I have watched “Idol” - it was my first BTS video - but you bring back my initial joy. I am convinced that the essential quality of any reactor lies in their ability to invite us to not be alone with our individual reactions, but instead to be a part of the whole. what really impressed me about BTS is that they just don't know how to lip sing. and they never did. from their debut in 2013 up until now they don't used lip sing. although you can hear some background music or voice but the reasons behind those little background music is to give them at least 5sec to breathe. and you can see that more often in the kpop cindustry even other groups do that.

There's actually compilations of BTS being tired after shows and concerts. Theyre out on stage, giving 500% but the SECOND theyre back stage, they literally pass out. Staff have cans of oxygen for them and ice packs and it looks like a hospital sometimes with the staff tending to the members as they collapse. They give their all for army and unfortunately it's overlooked sometimes
Heyy, just a fun tip for anyone who may not know this. If you focus on the other 6 guys during J-hope's second part (it's 3:25 during this video), you can see that they are all doing superhero poses! Going from the left, it's supposed to be the Hulk, Black Panther, Spider-Man, Iron Man, Captain America and Thor. It's a really fun part to focus on in the Idol performances :))
