How to Make Crewmate Cupcakes from Among Us! | Feast of Fiction | Video Game Food IRL Real

- There's nothing "Sus" about these cupcakes, so hit that emergency meeting button and share these with your crewmates!
INGREDIENTS
Mini marshmallows
Pretzel sticks
¾ cup White chocolate chips
2 tsp. Coconut oil
Black cupcake liners
Cupcake pans
CAKE:
½ cup butter, room temperature
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
1 cup buttermilk, room temperature
1 tsp vinegar 15mL
2 eggs, room temperature
3 tbsp cocoa powder
2 ½ cups flour
1 ½ cups granulated sugar 300g
2 tsp liquid red food coloring
2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:
1 stick unsalted butter, softened
8 oz cream cheese softened (brick-style, not spreadable)
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 1/2 cups powdered sugar
INSTRUCTIONS:

FROSTING
1. Cream the butter. Sift confectioners sugar into a large bowl.
2. Add room temperature cream cheese to the creamed butter. Add vanilla and a pinch of salt. Beat together.
3. Add the confectioners sugar in cups. Mix until combined. If you’re wanting a stronger buttercream, keep adding more sifted confectioners sugar until it’s stiff. Transfer buttercream to a piping bag and snip off the tip.
CAKE:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a standing mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, cream the room temperature butter. Add in sugar and mix on medium until combined.
3. Add eggs in one at a time and beat. Add vanilla extract.
4. Add red food coloring and vinegar to the buttermilk.
5. In a large bowl, sift the dry ingredients together: flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking soda.
6. Add ½ of the dry and ½ of the wet to the red butter mixture until combined.
7. Add the buttermilk mixture and mix until combined.
8. Pour the batter into the cupcake pans
9. Bake for about 15 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.

So, I finally made one of your recipes in your cookbook today. The first one we (my mom and I) thought that it would be a good time to make Kronk-Worthy Spinach Puffs, since we watched the movie two days ago. We made the design a little different than it says in the book (I think). It was so delicious! Thank you, guys, for giving such a wonderful recipe from one of my favorite movies. I do hope that you get more cookbooks so I can make more of them in the future.
