Congrats on your new position! Remember to always take it slow and ask a ton of questions in the beginning. Also get yourself a notepad to write down things that you may forget because there’s a ton to learn.
Thank you for all the information you provide on your videos. It’s true when it comes to ask question. I always felt that question would annoyed the senior techs, but in my experience I found out they are glad that when we start working on the network that we ask question as often as possible and that we document everything that happens too. Thank you and continue the excellent work.

Congrats on passing your net plus. The best tool that I recommend is either packet tracer or GNS3 those two are great for building out labs and practice simulations to keep your skill sharp.
Quick question, l went over your LinkedIn profile, found out am doing the same degree as you did(CIS). Did you get/complete your CCNA during your internship or after graduating?
I did my last semester before graduating. That’s the best time to get it. Also since your in university I would focus on landing an internship asap to get experience.

So what do you suggest l should do in the meantime. l could study for it to gain some knowledge and stay ahead or l should do something else?
No documentation as in having your own personal notepad of notes of previous work that you’ve completed and how you went about completing it. So you can always go back to it and review it so it saves you time to remember how you did it when you can just go back to your notes and see
@@NetworkWali perfect! I’m currently working as Information security analyst, and I’m kinda tired of analyzing stuff I want to configure stuff. Feel I’m doing something more active and proactive then just passive stuff. I have 2 pentest courses and certs all paid off. I’ll postpone that cause I’m feeling some passion for network growing in my heart, so I’m Planning on taking my CCNA this year and move on to another position on another company. It kinda got boring here. Been here for 1 solid year and before that I was IT support for 3 years. Got net+ and Sec+. Ive been feeing a desire to pursue the network route lately. Thanks man.

Documentation meaning, working it as a ticket?
No documentation as in having your own personal notepad of notes of previous work that you’ve completed and how you went about completing it. So you can always go back to it and review it so it saves you time to remember how you did it when you can just go back to your notes and see
