The constitution is just another old book written by some old men having no idea how it will be useful for a bunch of people to be born after a decade. That's why we amend it in parts. To send some message or whatever by bowing down to it, Mr. Modi, showed it as an infallible piece of work, just like any religious work.

The constituent assembly that started framing the constitution was representative of pre-partition India. Its product cannot be genuinely called post-partition India's Constituent Assembly, therefore it is illegal by any international standard.

By logic constituent assembly may not be be representative of post partition India. Constitution was framed by several English educated elites who worked closely with British, one such being Sir BN Rau, constitutional advisor to constituent assembly.
Sai can't go against Indian constitution as it is the source of his bread and butter. Anyway, Sai tried really hard to give Modi's act an Indic spin, which in its essence it may not be.
Both right and left wing are pushing their agenda, people who only want the lives of themselves and their family to get better out of abject poverty get lost somewhere in this ideological warfare. Mera Bharat Maahaan!!
