Bacon Cheese Burger Recipe 🍔❤️
ONION 🧅 sliced white onion
PICKLES 🥒 pickles
SALAD 🥬 chopped little gem lettuce and iceberg lettuce
BACON 🥓 smokey bacon
CHEESE 🧀 melted cheddar cheese
MEAT 🥩 ground beef/pork meat + salt and pepper 🧂
SAUCE 🍶 big mac sauce: 3 spoons mayo, 1 little spoon ketchup, 1 little spoon yellow mustard, 1/4 finely chopped onion, pickles finely chopper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, wine vinegar, salt, pepper
BUNS 🍔 butter toasted buns
Red Leicester Burger Recipe 🍔❤️
RED ONION🧅 - slice the onion, add pepper and red wine vinegar, let it rest for a while
PICKLES🥒- slice them
WHISKEY MAYO🌶 - mix mayo with little bit of sriracha or Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, whiskey, salt and pepper
BUN🥯 - toast it on butter
MEAT🥩 - beef or pork, mince it, add salt and pepper and make balls. Cook it, both sides, on a pan together with the bacon.
RED LEICESTER CHEESE🧀 - slice it, lay it on the cooked meat that is still on the pan, and put bacon on the cheese. Cover with the lid and let it melt.
FINISH🍔 - bottom burger bun- mayo- meat+cheese+bacon- pickles- red onion- top burger bun and mayo
Chipotle Nachos Burger 🍔❤️
CHIPOTLE MAYO🌶 - 4 spoons Mayo, 2 spoons of BBQ sauce , 1 little spoon of chipotles in adobo
(optional- dried or fresh garlic, and onion)
MEAT🥩- aprox 300g of ground meat (we used pork, but you can choose any meat you want- beef chicken..), salt, pepper, 4 stripes of bacon, 4 slices of cheddar cheese
Instructions:
1.season the meat with salt and pepper.
2.form balls, and press in the burger press (or with the bottom of the pan
3.medium pan- high heat (or grill), cook from both sides, (same with the bacon)
4.add cheddar on the top of the meat, and bacon on the cheddar, let it melt
PICO DE GALLO 🍅- 2 tomatoes, 1 red onion, 1-2 cloves of garlic, cilantro, 1/2 lime, olive oil, salt pepper
NACHOS 🌮- 3 corn tortillas, oil, salt
Instructions:
1.cut the tortillas to triangle pieces
2.heat the pot with oil
3.fry aprox 15-30 seconds, until golden
FINISH 🍔
1.toasted burger bun
2.chipotle mayo
3.sliced avocado
4.burger patty with cheddar and bacon
5.bbq sauce
6.nachos
7.pico de gallo
8.chipotle mayo + burger bun

The Red Leicester is really my most favorite burger that I have ever eaten. It's better because it wasn't store bought but I made it!!
