Recently picked this up from a sale on Target's website. It looks like they use a different case for the discs now. The case doesn't fit flush with the cardboard sleeve and has a more rounded back and no clip to close it. The actual disc holders no hold 2 on each side as opposed to just 1. Cool video!
I already got the Trilogy Blu-ray Box Set of the Newer Planet of The Apes, All I need to get Next is the 5 originals Movies 😁, I love The Planet of the Apes Movies

As all good POTA lovers do, I have all the movies already, but there's a sale right now at Best Buy for this box for just $30. That's worth it for the 4Ks alone. However, they list no details, nor do I see an insert from your unboxing, a listing what is on each disc. Do the originals movies and the Tim Burton one still have all their bonus features or are these discs stripped? I'm hoping all the content listed on the back isn't just for the new movies. And hopefully it's not all on the 4K discs as I don't even have a 4K player yet. Thanks!
i seee that no digital code slip for movies anywhere was within the box being factory shrinkwrapped this youtube footage voff to studio for it methinks so buyers of item beware......
IDK... $29.99 for five of the original classics and the best sci fi has to offer, a coaster for booger dust, and 4K UHD of the new trilogy with their Blu-ray counterparts? I'd say they were looking out.
Still we need the 1st on 4K UHD.
@Miles Rocky please stop the spam about pirate movies only, buy physical, support the physical format!
@Jude Pedro please stop the spam about pirate movies only, buy physical, support the physical format!
POTA 2001 is so underrated!!. One of the best in the series imo.

Tks for this. Was looking to see how it was. Probably going to grab it. Nice set of movies, and love the art cards.
Thank you for sharing this collection. I will be getting it for myself.
Fuck those fuckin blue colored discs, it's the laziest thing I've ever seen. Not having your disc holders connected to the case is the second laziest.
right now you can buy it for 39.99 at best buy.
I might pick this set up if only because while I do own all the movies, my collection is overstuffed and I’m trying to save space.

Thanks for unboxing this one. Ive been searching for one on youtube but to no avail
This release really flew under the radar. I didn’t even realize this came out until this past weekend.
I really need to grab this from BB.

Nice but if the original 5 movies are only blu rays that is crap as they been available on blu Ray for years. I want them on uhd.
Yes, they are movie posters. What, you never seen 'em before?
Great unboxing video! I definitely want to pick this set up.
I have this , but my puppy bite the outside 0-o . But most decently nice . I will hold it for years to come until new one come out
Hi, great review! How do they look in Blu Ray? Especially the old ones?
JeremieMcFly I own them and the old movies look great
Great video..... the set on the other hand, is very flimsy and the case is rather cheap looking...
F. Kusuma it actually is very sturdy and doesn’t feel cheap
Hi.
I really wanna get this set.
Only one question:
It is a free zone for the old movies?
I'm from Europe region B .
I guess it will work.🙏
Is this case the same height as other Blu-ray cases? I’m considering this... but if it’s taller than the rest of my collection it’s a no go.
I do have planet of the apes 2001 and rise of the planet of the apes on dvd
Grats on your 1K subscriptions!

Do the original five films and the 01 remake have special features included?
How does the size compare to your average keep case?
Are the digital copies of “conquest” and “Battle” theatrical or unrated versions?
digital is theatrical
maybe some 4K, not all
I'm guessing it's VERY COOL. Lol.
Bring back the ape head!

Cheap and lazy packaging. Lame.
Is the newer Ape movies only on 4K?
Watch the video
Such a cheaply made set. 20th Century Fox definitely didn't have the consumer's satisfaction in mind when creating this set.

Terrible packaging.
