Well done you for managing to podcast! I don't think I've managed to do anything consistently since my eldest was born and she's nearly 16 😂. I have hand tied a quilt before (a smaller one) which was quite enjoyable and relatively quick. I think you just have to make sure you use a batting that will be ok (and stay stable) without the closer lines of stitches. Or you could use a fleece blanket instead or batting but it wouldn't be so puffy. It looks really wonderful. 💚💙

Lovely makes today! Tying quilts is a lot of fun. You can tie a quilt so the knot and tie ends are at the back. I liked the less distracting look that gave. Also, if you use a non superwash wool yarn the ends and knits will felt and be less likely to come undone.
