For Extra baggage you have to pay, In my case I added Extra 20kg of luggage and it cost me Rs4600( This is for the Air Asia flight from Kolkata to Bangkok) and I pay in Indian Rupees
You can go directly to immigration counter and you can go without giving 200Baht but you have to show your everything like hotel booking return ticket itinerary etc if you don’t want this type of headache then you can give 200Baht aur go easily this is one of there corruption process
