My favorite thing in the UK: In the states, we call them “pacifiers” or “binkis”. In the UK (I love this so much) they call them “dummies”. Idk, it just makes me happy for some reason.
I loved this. Mostly because I am a fan of both of you, so it is cool seeing you working together. But also because I worked in The Hague for the UN as an intern while in law school with people from all over Europe, so this was like so many conversations I had over there. I was the resident "typical American guy." There was a Welsh guy named Robert who sat at the desk beside mine and we talked about all of this stuff.
Being from Boston, I’ve had multiple people make fun of me for pronouncing water as “waddah”. AND IF I HEAR SOME RANDOM TOURIST YELL “BOSTON HAHBAH” ONE MORE TIME I MIGHT JUST DROWN MYSELF IN IT.

jelly = smooth slimy consistency. Same texture as jello jam = mashed/pulverized fruit product (usually a berry flavor) marmalade = citrus flavored jelly with bits of fruit in it.
Dave Muscarella jelly is a desert, made of fruit favouring and gelatine.(what you Americans call jello). Jam is the stuff you spread on toast made from boiled fruit and pectin. Marmalade is similar but firmer and made with orange or lemons. They're all different as they all have different cooking methods, ingredients and sugar contents.

3:25 pretty much just London and the south east of England pronounce class as "clarse", the rest of the country says it the American way.
30:48 same thing with "plarster" lol, most Brits say it as it sounds - plasta.
38:04 a banger also means an old car that doesn't perform well, or looks in very bad shape.
Interesting. In the US we call a really run down car a rust bucket.
South Wales pronounces "class" as if there was an "R"
@@tcideh4929 Yes we do say it the American way, particularly Brummies, Scousers, Geordies, West Country say it that way...
ruclips.net/video/8CscNM3UOqE/видео.html
ruclips.net/video/JX_iuy8giTY/видео.html
Why "clarse"? If anything; that"s how americans would pronounce it, because english people don't know what Rs are.
We don't say class the american way. We say it normally.
She just had to be drinking tea...
3:30am, Gibi did well not falling asleep to Creative Calm's voice
50:14 Gibi lmao
Olivia Colomar lmao she has to pause for a second.
"THATS WHAT SHE SAID" Michael Scott
( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
that awkward silence
The way Creative Calm says "oooohhh~" afterwards. xD
13:17 that *really* had murderous intent
37:25 I feel personally attacked
This was very confusing for a Canadian because I use both British and American words.
Jacob Côté-MacNeil same as Australia, we use a mixture of both
I'm Norwegian and I have kinda a mix of british and australian accent 😂
Yep pretty much
Yeah Australia is the same
I think that is because canada and australia were under british rule longer than america was.
My favorite thing in the UK:
In the states, we call them “pacifiers” or “binkis”. In the UK (I love this so much) they call them “dummies”. Idk, it just makes me happy for some reason.
It is a funny word but a bit odd you find it happy 😂
Yah we also call them dummies😂it sounds right to me
That’s a funny word. In Norway we call it a “smokk” or you can call it a “sutt” or “tytt”
It's the same in Australia lol, and we call "diapers" "nappies"
Yeah when I first heard the word pacifier I thought it was a torture device lol
British people:”we use the word autumn because of millions of years of history........ Americans:”LeAf FaLL HahHaHAha”
"Millions of years of history" Ah yes, the Latin of millions of years ago.
50:14
"They're thick and wide" **looks at camera**
Omg, did not notice that lol 😂
I replayed that like 20 times 😂
The girl from Creative Calm ASMR has such a delicious and lovely accent!
Im british and that is a well posh accent. Then again, i am northern.
Harry Todhunter I’m from Essex and this is some proper posh accent must be from Hertfordshire or Devon or some countryside
brentford fc Also from Essex, definitely posh
😂 countryside doesn't mean posh, I live and the countryside and everyone speaks like retards
Aye lad we have completely different accents up here haha. This lass sounds like she owns a range rover and three golden retrievers :D
Everything is posh compared to Northern accents! =p
That switch from Vitamin to revitalize was very clever Gobi❤️
I'm English and she speaks way too posh for me
Reece Mason Same.
She just speaks clearly and proper not posh
Like 4% of English people speak like that😂
She says yar a lot
Agree, was so exaggerated
Fun facts :) jelly is made from the juice of fruits while ham is made from the pulp of fruit. So although similar they are slightly different
you two together are so funny and yet relaxing! I’m here smiling, occasionally laughing and getting tingles, how is that even possible???
I'm from Worcester and I try so hard not to drop my r's. lol I know the feeling.
Wicked smaht
J Rod ...My Dad was from "Woostah"
Phil Kelly ...It's wadder in Wisconsin
Woter in Ohio
What a lovelly colaboration ❤❤❤❤❤
“Yeah the leaves fall from the trees, but you also fall on your face.”
Idk why but I love the way you said this lol😂
This Is such an Awesome vid, can't believe it took me so long to find it!! Love learning about American/English Culture Love you both ❤❤

Nursery age 3-5
Primary school age 5-10 (sit SATs here)
Secondary school age 10-16 (sit GCSEs here)
You then have a few options
Sixth Form College age 16-18 (more academic, usually subjects that don’t involve a practical side, get A-Levels and/or BTECs)
College age 16+ (study a trade e.g. plumbing, get a diploma or BTEC)
Apprenticeship age 16+ (study a trade or profession while earning a decreased (in comparison to those already on the job) salary and a diploma. Sometimes go to college to study the profession or trade
After college or sixth form you could either get a job or go to university
80 is a hot summer day? In Texas, 80 is an early fall/late spring temperature lmao. Summer is low 90s if we’re lucky and a lot higher near the coast. It was 85 degrees last Christmas though, so honestly the temperature is not extremely dependent on the seasons here 😂
Minty Bliss same with Florida
I live in palm desert, last summer it was 121...
Minty Bliss it's still warm but yeah
Minty Bliss highest temp in wisconsin in 2017 was 81
Eyyyy
"Thick and wide" Then she stops and stares at the camera lmao
Are people named Autumn more prone to falling?
That was not funny.
hehehehehehehehe
🤭🤔😒
No cos it’s called Spring
Lmao lol haha hehe rofl

Ok who the HELL thought it was a good idea to call sausages "bangers"?
DustyLaptop bangers and mash mateee
DustyLaptop they bang when you fry them in a pan? They make small bang noises and spit up oil, well some do anyway :)
We also call an old car that is falling apart a banger.
Most people her in the US that I know would call that a clunker.
Really we also have banger racing on the beach
I LOVED this video. As an Australian we're sort of in the middle, we use some terms from each of you and have a few of our own.
I'd absolutely love to watch another video like this but with an Australian as well. Please consider it, I think it would be great.

Jelly has a TON of sugar in it, jam has more fruit than jelly. You can often find more fruit chunks in jam. Jelly does not have fruit chunks in it.
jelly = smooth slimy consistency. Same texture as jello
jam = mashed/pulverized fruit product (usually a berry flavor)
marmalade = citrus flavored jelly with bits of fruit in it.
jam is also called Preserves
Dave Muscarella jelly is a desert, made of fruit favouring and gelatine.(what you Americans call jello). Jam is the stuff you spread on toast made from boiled fruit and pectin. Marmalade is similar but firmer and made with orange or lemons. They're all different as they all have different cooking methods, ingredients and sugar contents.
Jello is jello. Jelly is not a dessert! Jelly is breakfast condiment basically.
Dave Muscarella not in Europe or Britain jelly is a desert! Made from fruit favouring and gelatine. Jello is a brand name and jelly is a desert , jam is what you have for breakfast.
Another word for college in England is sixth form
They are different things in the UK.... I’m not sure where you are from but that’s uncommon.
Mini Matt idk in my area once you finish secondary school you can do your A levels in a college or sixth form. I live in London.
Mini Matt I live in the U.K. and every school around me has a sixth form
College in the US is the equivalent to University in the UK.
Sixth Form and College are two different things.. College isn’t in school, Sixth Form is, however they’re both after you finish your GCSEs in Year 11.
Gibi!! Your laugh and smile is so infectious 😍
You had me laughing about nothing
Honestly
