I've been plagued with neck/shoulder/upper back issues for years and your helpful form tips have allowed me to get stronger and also figure out how to do these moves (like the dreaded crunches) properly and with minimal pain. Day 6. Done. I have done each day and proud to stick to it. I was really feeling upper abs today, but kept pushing. Planks first round felt hard. I love all your challenges (stretch/mobility one) and now this one. It is so rewarding not to see my abs but to be strong in my core for the other workouts I do. This is making me feel stronger in the other workouts especially when lifting weights either legs or arms; core is so important for everyday life too. This has been fantastic - everyone should do it. Thank you for this challenge Chris. Yes, I have done all prior days & am sticking with it. Some moves have been difficult but I have modified if needed. Othetwise, so far, all is well! I had a long wknd of moving around tables & large items so my upper back & shoulders are a bit sore & some moves have reminded me of that fact but I will be fine. Again, thank you so much Chris!!
Half way done!! Feeling good and enjoying the daily challenge! I was able to do all these moves without mods but I’ve been modifying when I have had to on other videos. I usually challenge myself to try to do at least half the time with the most challenging move, and then modify if I need to. Loving the ab challenge! Really felt this one! 🔥 Definitely feel that my core is stronger! I’ve been able to complete all reps, and hold my planks -- and that would not have been possible several months ago (I began strength with you 7 months ago). ❤ When I was a cardio fanatic (for years), I never really did any type of targeted core work, so I’m grateful that it’s never too late to start - and that it doesn’t take long to feel and see the benefits. I really like this challenge! I've done all of them so far, on the day of the premiere, even worked them in day 2-4 when I was away visiting family and had little time to workout, but able to do these because they are brief. So glad you made these for us! Nice to see Louie and Anna at the end🥰
I’m certainly feeling it now by day 6 and not in a painful way either. This was surprisingly relaxing watching the flames flicker in the back ground 😀👍🏻
Well its been a one to three testing testing and breathe day today but kept up even if I've been at the after after party, loved the lower back workout day two was rough, today very strong, you always kick my butt and challenge me keep me sane at what can be at times a tough testing time in life. Very grateful.

Really enjoy a little something extra coming up to Christmas. I had a 12 day challenge that finished on Dec 12th, so this Abs challenge now fits perfectly to get me thru to Christmas. Day 6 done and feeling stronger. I have to modify planks for a lower back deformity I have, but I was able to do about 15 seconds of low and high, which is monumental for me!

I was slacking yesterday, so did day 5 & 6 today; I appreciate they are all different so I really felt the burn all over!!
