I'm so happy. I ordered your cook book and it just got delivered. I plan to make every single recipe because you are literally the only person on RUclips that I've found that doesn't use oil, and the food actually looks and sounds amazing. The recipes in your cookbook use many of the items I already have on hand. I just need a few more items and at any given time I can make any of them at any time. Thank you and your husband for all of your hard work and dedication, the book is also a good read. I have never enjoyed reading a cookbook as much I did yours ❤❤❤❤.

Your recipes are the best! The other part of the equation is your presentation .. you get right down to it, no idle chit-chat & then that awesome taste test at the end!

If you use Tapioca Starch in the crust, it will help brown the pies.

Never really like to eat apples raw, except for caramel type on a stick. Yet, I love all kinds of cooked apple desserts ! Will make your apple turnover next weekend, Sweetie !❣️

Just a suggestion: Although they are excellent for eating fresh, I don't find honey crisp to be very good for cooking. They are just too sweet. For cooking, I always find Northern Spy to be the perfect blend of sweetness and tartness.

Jill, can this be used as a bottom crust for a pie and then do a crumb topping over the apples? This sounds delicious.

Even organic oat has glyphosate because the irrigating water run from non organic oat field to organic field. The news said that.
