You can use fleet yone in mid but conqueror is must pick if you go top and using triumph can help you secure kill much more efficiently since just like yasuo, they both excel in executing and dealing high dmg with double crit chance on their passive
Why would you go conq or fleet? Lethal Tempo is literally the best rune on him since he lacks speed attack in early game where he is at his weakest, just like Yasuo. He's already amazing late game, so no need to go conq, and fleet is simply useless compared to Lethal Temp so yeah, just go Lethal Temp.

When i saw yone not hit his ult at Toplane against three adcs, i knew he is a hard champ to play, harder than yasuo like in pc, his ult is hard to hit without aiming or game chose to not aim
He isn't hard then yasuo,yasuo has very difficult combos that yone doesn't (like in 5 match's you would get how to combo with yone while yasuo the combos aren't even intuitive) but yone still a hard champ,just easier than yasuo
Yasuo is very dependent on external factors. He needs a knockout to cast his ultimate. He needs a target to use his E. But the highest performance is rewarded more than the other.
Because that will make his s1 with only 1 sec cd become extremely broken if he buy manamune, same with yasuo. Since he is manaless, manamune does not have any use for him. While energy resource is simply does not suit with his skills mechanics and playstyle. He can't spam and utilize his s1 due to not enough energy.
