If you dash in you wont have damage and if you dash out, you had to do so cause you didnt take first ability and you had less damage in that fight
I think leveling up third skill is better than first skill since it enchances chase capability and dps especially when u are using brutal. You also need decent attack speed from third skill to reach four stacks before the first skill finish its cd

It's arguably the best spells for her anyways. Her 3rd Ability is basically a Flash on a low CD that lowers CD when you hit an enemy so she'll always be dashing.
Why I respect this guy, he never skip what first skill he take, which is really useful for beginner like me.
Starting third ability is more usefull for lvl one trades and you might even be able to kill them

I think you should level the third skill first, so you can trade easy with most champions on level 1 with that atk speed and range buff
Wild rift has a different wave management so you don't need to level up it first since you will get to lv2 very fast
