Some other things to drink, if you can, Go mutra, alma aloe vera juice, kadha, tulsi leaves and garlic. 2. 20 minutes of exercise every day. 3. Breakfast: have any one type of breakfast on each day: sprouted beans, paratha, idli, dosa, sometimes go fasting. Rotate every week or fortnight. The idea is to be minimalistic here. 4. Keep on changing the cereal and oil for lunch. Eat less, take double time. Chew till it becomes liquid. Dont take Dahi chanch in the night. 5. Drink water after 1 hour of taking main meal.
