Good for you for still liking the bag and using it for practical purposes. Literally no one should be complaining about you making memories with your family while wearing a great bag! I can only afford Dooney and Bourke Florentine prices ($400-600) but after seeing Tanner Leatherstein evaluate bags for $200-350 in labor and materials and my own experience with leather quality during equestrian sports as a teen, I'm happy with DB Florentine. I would consider saving for a Ferragamo bag since they're still family owned and Tanner Leatherstein only had good things to say about them.
I have had several LV bags, including 3 Speedys, but prefer DB bags. I love their key hook, pockets and they last forever. LV bags are coated material. I got rid of my Chanel and LV bags. I prefer jewelry.
I wore the Vivaia kitten heels and the bows to my daughter’s wedding because most of my gown was black. They were quite comfortable and I only changed into the Vivaia slippers at the end of the day because it was a soaking April day. The texture of both pairs look great with formal wear.
I’m not a huge fan of the speedy but yours is beautiful. It is more appealing in a color rather than the regular brown that you normally see it in. If you love it and can afford it then that’s the only validation you need. You don’t need to regret or justify it to us. We’re here to admire your beautiful bags and listen to your opinions!
Well, I always thought why people spend so much money on tiny bags for their night outs, when the truth is; unless you're working as a CEO, top executive or an actress, you won't get the chance to wear it that much. I would rather spend my money on a high quality bag that I use more often, buying bags without using them is stupid. So if you're using it, and brings you joy enjoy it.

I love my speedy monogram. I’m on my second one. My 1st bag lasted over 20 years. I still have it and can have it refurbished for my granddaughter. I use an organizer because it provides for organization. Enjoy it!

I love some slouch on a speedy but also like the functionality of an organizer. I bought the speedy 20 organizer size for my speedy 25. It lets some caving and slouching happen but I can still find things. May not be for you but it works well for me and could be worth a shot.
I have a Speedy 25 and I stopped using it simply because it was difficult to get in and out of, the zipper scratched my hand. I love yours and the way that you use it, I can see why you bought it! 😻

First of all, you are drop dead gorgeous in that office suit!!!!! It is fabulous that you are carrying this out with your family, and wearing it slung around to the back, is a perfect look! For my Lindy's, I still want them to slouch, so I have found that as far as a bag organizer, the DGAZ brand allows them to still slouch without the typical structure like other organizers. DGAZ is very soft, silky, and malleable, just in case you were ever consider an organizer.
The red speedy is beautiful and I like the fact that it is one zipper vs 2 which allows a bigger opening. My SA told me that this speedy is meant to be slouchy. That’s why a soft leather was used. I prefer a structured look, but how soft the leather is makes that slouchy look really cool. It’s way too expensive for me and for what it is in my option. However, if I ever have a chance to own one I would. 😊
I love your speedy! I have the speedy 30 giant monogram and it’s like Mary poppins bag it fits more stuff that it looks! I have a bag organizer in mine so it feels less of a black hole.

Yeah all speedy are a black hole in it. Perhaps you can put in pouches for the stuff you want to find, so that would be easier. It will also protect it if something were to leak. I know is wipeable but if things spill, at least is on the pouch. I believed all these vibrant colors are meant for casual wear. I had my speedy in canvas DE but i usually use it with organizer so that i can find my stuff easily. I love the slouchy look too, maybe i should get a less structure organizer to give it that look. Slip in shoes are the best thing ever invented. I might have to get a pair of those. I currently use Skechers Slip In's. Great for people with ANY sort of mobility issues! Pregnancy, arthritis, etc.. For me, it's arthritis in the hip, so YES! And fyi, I love the Speedy. I think I want one in green. 😉

You are so funny....I have two LV Speedy 25 bags; one in turtle dove and one a Kusama in black. I use the turtle dove spring and summer and the Kusama black in fall and winter. So handy for my lifestyle. I love the color of your speedy because it is so you.....
