Yes of course they are selling those properties cheap, i wonder why, maybe because the most of the north land is greek cypriots properties? my family has land on the north and in some fields there is a house , which we never had build and we never had sell the field to them.
North Cyprus is been occupied by the Turkish army since 1974 and its a shame you advertise this part of Cyprus.
