no need for that cuz they're ok now with a keyboard player ..... besides their songs doesn't required a lot of solos bcuz rico blanco was just started playin' guitar during the 90's, from being a keyboard player,he was just forced that time to play lead guitar bcuz perf de castro suddenly quit & formed triaxis , that time,his guitar playing is so simple ,3 chords/4 chords songs,but catchy .... but he's improved a lot now ,to be frank with you ...... anyway,they might have their own reunion with the rivermaya 2 with rico blanco as the lead vocalist & make more money ..... they've had a chance to do it & make a lot money bcuz rivermaya 2 had tons of hit songs also ..... people still gonna watch it bcuz of their hit songs .... when you have tons of hits ,you can easily sell your group in a reunion tour bcuz fans want to watch the line-up that produced these hits .....

classic line up yyng core maya kasi those were the members that were part of the rivermaya hits na tinutugtog parin nila hanggang ngayon. mike was a longest member pero he didnt get a chance to showcase his skills except for liwanag sa dilim. perf had 3 mainstream lead work (awit, ulan and 214) the rivermaya sound was elesi/hinahanap basic chords, full of rico blanco recipe. wala na atang hits post rico. naging matunog nalang sakin nung bumalik si nates with Manila (originally an Hijo song) . to be fair with Norby, sya yung member (post Jason fernandez) na klaro kumanta. the voice lessons are quite handy sayang di kinareer nung iba. Ask lang Pacs di ba dumaan sa studio Classic Lineup? kaka US tour lang a. o saving it for christmas? hehe.

The classic lineup is just doing big shows. Mga one time big time na tours, just like what the Eheads is doing. Yung budget meal na Rivermaya na si Mark and Nathan at kung sino pa diyan are mostly mga local gigs.
I enjoyed listening to him when he was both playing with Rico Blanco, and with Rivermaya; the latter I watched as often as the Rico-led version of the band. Their album Panatang Makabanda was mint, sound-wise, made them unique compared to the previous iterations + Ryan Peralta's drumming was 🔥 Saludo, Norby!

Ito theory ko lang, siguro Bamboo does not want Mike E.. kase if may Rico and Mike sa stage they will rock liwanag sa dilim, umaraw umuulan and other song from that era. Is Bamboo willing to sing those song?? maybe not. willing ba sya bumaba ng stage for 3 to 5 songs?maybe not.. Kesa hindi matuloy nag compromise, wala nman problema kumita ng malaki pera kaso may na echapwera naging collateral damage. Mga boss kung napanuod ninyo yung episode about sa kwentohan sa reunion sabi nga ni sir paco pagkaalam niya pinaglaban talaga nila si idol mike to be part of the reunion kaso ayaw lang live nation or the management kasi gusto nila yung classic line up kung isasama nila di matutuloy yung reunion kaya kahit masakit daw go nalang sila pero pinaglaban talaga nila!! Kaya felling ko my problema talaga dito is yung management.. pero hopefully sana my reunion din nakasama ang lahat..
@@Zeref-n3l walang pinaglaban na ganun ang treatment na di na pinansin at ginawang hangin nalang. wala nga sila statement tungkol kay mike kung member pa sya o hindi dahil sa hiatus. si sir mike halata sa mga kanta nya at responses lalo sa vid nila ni perf na iba ginawa sa kanya.
@@Bejiboy2930yon ang sabi ni sir paco sa pod cast nila seyempre boss my mga kilala din sila sa loob.. pero feeling ko ang my mali dito is the management and for sure di man natin nakikita pero nag usap usap din naman din sila mark, nathan and mike about sa situation... sa akin din naman sayang di kasama si idol mike pero sa reunion tour nila nakita at narining naman natin na yung mga tinugtug nila talaga is 90's hits songs lang wala yung mga songs nakasama si mike..
I think walang problema si Mark and Nathan kay Mike. Narinig mo namn si Nathan sa isang podcast interview parang sabi nya nung nalamn ang TF ng eheads sa reunion yung iba napaisip narin. Ito theory ko lang, siguro Bamboo does not want Mike E.. kase if may Rico and Mike sa stage they will rock liwanag sa dilim, umaraw umuulan and other song from that era. Is Bamboo willing to sing those song?? maybe not. willing ba sya bumaba ng stage for 3 to 5 songs?maybe not.. Kesa hindi matuloy nag compromise, wala nman problema kumita ng malaki pera kaso may na echapwera naging collateral damage. Yung sinasabi n producer Live Nation ang may control, come on guys always artist ang may control kung sinu ang tutugtog..

In my opinion! Wala naman si mike sa mga old songs na tinugtog ng rivermaya reunion sa lahat ng concert 2024. Kung baga BOOK 2 na si mike elgar sa rivermaya and sinagot na yan ni rico na silang 4 lang or walang concert..alangan naman di matuloy dahil lang sa inyo na next chapter na kayo ng maya! FOR MONEY AND FANS SYEMPRE KAYA NATULOY..Sisishin nyo yung live nation bakit ayaw kayo isama...
