Hey, how do you get the body to fit so well to the chassis? Do you just scale it to the chassis size (eg 1/18, 1/10) or do you have to individually measure the body to the chassis (cutting and stretching the file to fit)? Many thanks 👍
I was surprised by the tips you applied while printing tires with TPU. An understanding of the material and proper customization of the snapmaker. What is the temperature of the filament, bed and nozzle used in BMW production?

This is awesome. Thanks for sharing your build. I was thinking doing this same thing for my ride. Would you mind sharing how you were able to design the 3D prints? What programs/apps did you use. I'd appreciate the information. Thanks again. :)
Thank you. I have made this model in Houdini long time ago but it wasn't for printing purpose, so i had to re-make many details cause it had no thickness for printing. I would suggest fusion 360 for modeling
what is the wheelbase of this thing? Will it fit a 257 mm x 190 or 200mm chassis? Im asking because the real car has a wheelbase of 2730 mm and if you kept the dimensions untouched i can make it work with a hobby grade rc :D
How did you go about converting the 3D scan of the body into a printable format? I have mesh data imported into solidworks but struggling to convert it to one solid body.
In this model I have used 3d scanning only for several parts and than took lots of work to give it some thickness, so I wouldn't recommend that way. Maybe there are other ways in 3d scanning, no idea
i know, it wouldn't be possible to directly turn it into a stl because most parts are generative shape design parts and I don't want to print the entire interior of the door, inculding wires, gears and any of the other stuff 😂, I'd need to edit it a bit for sure @@MrGoodcat1
Please how can I know the dimensions of the car or the app that you use it to draw the model and print please please answer me cuz my project is about this
@@MrGoodcat1 well, that's true, but I want to make a hot wheels with the model, so you don't have to worry about it, after all I was thinking in print this in normal scale
@@MrGoodcat1 I'd love a tutorial! I've been trying on and off for over a year to make a printable e39 540i msport. I managed to use an e39 file to print a ridiculously thick walled skewed body. No matter what I tried I couldn't get it scale or even usable.
Hi friend, good morning everyone, I need a 3D printer that can build 3d parts and cars to use them for the 2th step: ZAMAK production (Lost wax casting); dear all, do you have some machine suggestion for me? I'm a designer and I want to start this activity 🙂 thank you
A design in the app would be enough for me and I would print this car at home. I would like this car model for my uncle. For birthday. Thank you very much in advance. If you answered my comment please. Thank you Jakub Neužil.
Wooow, awesome video. Especially in the first half it is the best video i've seen of a 3d print process
Thank you🙏
Wow! Amazing design! I love that you used my chassis, thanks for sharing!
Thank you very much🙏

210 nozzle and 60 bed, but i think it is better to print little more than 210 when printing pla+ filament

Hello. Chassis which is used is adaptable to fit wheelbase and that width was little bit adjusted as I remember. It is 1/10 scale model
The video production is amazing congratss!!
You should have printed it in more sections. Like at least the front and rear bumper. Would have saved a lot of filament on support material.
Instant fan!
Your channel inspires me and my son

Why are the layer lines so bad ? Can you maybe lower the layer height so theyre not so obvious?
amazing work!
Imagine printing this with an Resin Printer 😍
Not really feasible..not on that scale, you could probably do a panel at a time tho.
I would suggest a resin printer for more accurate structures and less layer lines
Can you show us settings of slicer before 3d printing

amazing. i want to know what software do you used to design?
Houdini and some 3d scanning
What type of motor is used here? 😮😮
Bro nice work done keep it up 👌🏻👍🏻
If you like you should make your 3d model bmw into nfs mw design
thats a amazing design bro
Got to your Chanel because of a license plate. Good advertising😂

oh cool, I think I still got the official cad models of a upcoming car in catia, I might try that out aswell
If it's real car cad model than it won't print properly, cause body wall thickness is not enough for 3d printing

Hi MR! Can you make 1/4 scale teh same model??? Its Possible? For pedal car
wait you own a e46 m3 thats sick
Mine is E46 330Cd 😀
What a way to save cash
Awesome! What did you use for the windows? I must get this material as I have that same dilemma! 😃
Thanks. Windows are 3d printed and than wrapped with some basic reflect material
Bro please tell which software u are using to dezine
Houdi and 3d scanner
Hey idk if anyone said this before what is your BBS rim spec? I have a similar spec e46 and I want some new rims.
It's e46 m3 CSL rims, style 163
Nice vid, Should've sanded and primed and painted it though.
It was my first rc car, now I'm making thatway
Whats software you use for 3d design a car??
Houdini, but now I'm using fusion360
@@MrGoodcat1 ok thanks for information
Wow, love your videos!
Thank you 🙌
i'm surprised there isn't a "you wouldn't download a car" comment.
files are even in the description lol
What's the estimated cost of all that? I am interested in customized mini cars
Roughly 750g filament or less and also some tpu filament(150g) for rubber tires
broo pls tell the wheel size you using here??
It is included in 3d model
What kind of named printer using?
Snapmaker 2.0 A350
Please how can I know the dimensions of the car or the app that you use it to draw the model and print please please answer me cuz my project is about this
It is 1/10 model, so 44.9cm length
Can you print out a 1/5th scale if so how we talking only need shell no wheels thanks in advance
Haven't tried such big model, but anyway you should split into small parts and won't be a problem printing it
Nice work
I have a question. Can i make it in scale 1 64?, because i want to make a diecast about this car
1/64 is too small and lots of parts won't be a printable
@@MrGoodcat1 well, that's true, but I want to make a hot wheels with the model, so you don't have to worry about it, after all I was thinking in print this in normal scale
need a motor also . make it a rc car with cool lights and interior with a new car model lamborghini aventador . plase
make a video on it
Check other videos it does have a motor and also painted
I'm guessing he tires are made of tpu?
Yes, it is👌
since you don’t take orders would you possibly do a tutorial on how to make our own 3D cars?
