Last year I went on a 5k run that I was ready to skip out on due to hip joint pains. I focused on walking only on my front pads of my feet with NO heel strikes, completed the 5k and my hips and knees actually felt better. Only my calves were exhausted because I had never actually challenged them for that long a period of time. I was stiff for several weeks to a month..but not in pain. I was thrilled with the result and am looking at the sport line over the current daily wear with hemp material - which are my go to for super comfort going out and about.
I have a pair of this particular model (in a men's color scheme) and they run same sizes as most other FiveFingers models (except for Trek Ascent Insulated and a few early models). If you've never worn FiveFingers, you'd better measure the length of your feet with a 0.1 cm accuracy (in any case, no lower than 0.3 cm [1/8 inch] since that's about half the difference between two consecutive sizes). I found the FiveFingers US store's size number conversion charts (either men's or women's) to be quite accurate (but the outdated chart in European site, not so much, IMO they recommend a shoe size one size number too small): us.vibram.com/company/education/sizing-charts/fivefingers-size-chart

Been running in the kmd sport ls since 2014. Best of the Vibram line up in my opinion.
These seem like a FANTASTIC all round sgie for swimming, running and walking/casual in both summer and winter!!!! Wohoo!
I find vibram quite nice...my small toes are a bit crooked though and thus they aren't for me. I like my Spyridon for soft forest trails though.
Can they be used for trail running?
They have trail shoes, yes.
Thank you so much 😍😘
I usually wear size 7. Should I order the same size in Vibram?
