It will come up as a quest sort of thing on the screen, if it doesn't unlock, do the side-missions until it does. -"It still won't unlock": contact Bandai Namco, something is wrong with your game, they'll simply tell you to delete your save and start again.

@@hiromamoru9144 Kabuto will just use genjutsu and then he will kill Naruto and take control of Minato. I know they can get out of genjutsu, but not any of them will have time to do this before Kabuto's attack, and besides, Kabuto will just catch them in genjutsu again.

My strategy was to get into support drive asap so that Sasuke could knock Kabuto back to me so I could chain into an aerial combo. Also whenever Kabuto would start a ground combo, if you substitute on his first attack there's a brief window where you can hit him with Ultimate Jutsu. I never combo cancelled against him because it was just too risky. Neutral combo/fireball into support drive aerial combo was the way to go for me, and of course an ultimate jutsu here or there
ik its 10 years later but back then when I was 14 I used to think he itachi was a bad person now that im older i can see why he did what he did he tried his best and was willing to take all the heat for lil brother he was also wise,a kind guy and had morals and was a tactician now i got even more reject for him aswell .

This battle actually quite easy if u know how to dodge the tayuya kimimaro jirobo and kidomaru and also you can win using chain attack btw did u know did u can just normal jump on tayuya attack no need to move like that guy did
After not playing the game for over 2 years, I decided to start it up and play through the game again. I deleted my save data, and started a new game. I played through the prologue and chose legend mode though that's not relevant. Upon returning to Naruto, I opened up the menus to familiarize myself with them again and saw the Ninja Timeline. I opened it to see that everything was erased except for the prologue fight of course, and curiously, this one. It took me well over 2 hours to beat, as I had no bento, and only a small chakra and health potion. The Sasuke section was easy enough, but the Itachi section, oh boy, that was TOUGH. After those 2 hours, it was like the gate of opening just burst open, and while I still got hit, I still managed to finish the fight with an S rank. Got the S and A rank achievements. Decided to come here for context of difficulty, and I am quite pleased with myself for accomplishing that, given you were using a bento and super health potions. Just wish I had recorded it!
flashback this bring back very old memories from the beginning to the end it very sad for me itachi is gone only naruto sasuke and every ninja is left to protect every village and city sasuke and itachi are absolutely inspiration to me.

This is the hardest fight in the entire series in my opinion. It's also very epic, thoguh.
