As an Italian, beside the execution, I adore the ferocious "BRAVI" with storng japanese accent in the end, like a shogun praising his 3 best samurai (38:40)

Always enjoy these 4 hand transcriptions. It is so rewarding to watch these young people make music with sincerity and dedication. Am delighted at the way the 4 groups of players make the work sound as though the same 2 players were playing throughout. Bravo!

Amazing that the sweep of orchestral majesty can be evoked by four hands at a piano. Only with great talent like this!

I imagine audiences can derive the same kind of enjoyment from these 1 piano/four hand symphony transcriptions that they do from the two piano/four-hand arrangement Brahms made of his Haydn Variations. Takes an awful lot of love and dedication from these girls to put in the work required to make this symphony sound so good. Give Brahms a lot of credit to for retaining in the percussive piano the symphonic sound an orchestra achieves.

With all their gyrating, grimacing, and contorting -- I half expected them to pop out a baby apiece! I loathe histrionics by contemporary musicians In my youth, doing so would get one a rap across the knuckles with a heavy ruler..

I almost spat out my tea, haha, good one. You're not wrong, but it's part of the way of performing, these days. It wasn't really accepted back then, now performers are allowed (maybe even encouraged) to show more emotion in the body language. I don't really mind it personally.

Kind of an obnoxious comment. More than a little bit sexist too.
