The singer in this band is a genius. I believe he is one of the best lyricists and performers of all time. This guy was born to be a frontman. I think the name of the band (despite being awesome) will hold them back from getting the recognition they deserve.
I thought that at first too. I do think it’s really cute and love it but I was not that interested in checking them out when recommended them for awhile until one beautiful, amazing night when I was bored enough because I figured they were a jokey band or something. Holy shit was I shocked lol. But I think due to word of mouth and just their music being too damn good, they will break through being held back by their name. Or they should start going by RKS officially, like how Andrew Jackson Jihad is now just AJJ.

You don't hear many songs where a male is singing, and uses a male pronoun to talk about a relationship... "And he's a better kisser than you'd think, mom". They sat on it for a while until he felt comfortable releasing it.
