I was also brought hear when i was a kid by my grandad and mamma, i turned 27 and brought a 8 berth on coastfeilds 5min from sea, will never regret it. The memories hits hard.

This is lovely!! I want to go! Many of the seaside towns I've visited in England didn't have sandy beaches, but pebbles. This one looks like it has sand beaches. My grandparents use to take me down here at least once a year for a holiday.
Ingoldmells is ok for families from estates from the midlands etc . Been once smell of drugs everywhere. But fantasy island is fantastic for the rides

apparently it goes to coastfields caravan park then back and itsfree but i dont know whether you have to be staying on said park to use it .@@GimbalWalkTV
Ah ok - that kinda of makes sense but I'm sure I saw asign showing a cost to ride it (maybe for non-residents)

It’s ALWAYS been a village.
I grew up there.
35yrs on and off.
My parents had The Ship Inn pub during the 70’s.
It’s changed beyond recognition.
Sadly not for the better.
