See the progress of one of my 3 apartments in Zanzibar. It is two bedroom, two bathroom apartment.

This apartment is supposed to be completed by June 2024. It is on the third level. It has water view of the Indian Ocean. I don't think it will be done by then, but we will see.

Greetings Eric, Is construction of your building currently going on or has it stopped? When will you receive your completed units? Are they all in the same building shown? Do you plan to use this as investment or as living space for family? Are most of the current owners living there or using their home as a rental or AirBnB? Are people able to rent their units?

Hello, construction started back up this month after several months of no construction. It stopped for the rainy season, Ramadan and the wait for imported materials. Regarding the question are most of the current owners renting or living in their units I don’t know. I only know few people and so far its probably a thousand units occupied so far. I am waiting for the builder to give me new dates of completion because the original dates they gave me have past. Right now I am just looking forward to sharing my units with family and friends when they are completed
