There's a pitch down, delay, and a flanger. Audacity has equivalents for all of these (pitch, echo, and flanger). Flanger isn't included in Audacity by default, but it's a free download (forum.audacityteam.org/viewtopic.php?t=95059). I could give it a crack and make a video out of it
