This hunt will always be a turning point in my bowhunting career. I have faced many failures and hardships over the years, and this success is exactly what I needed to put all of that behind me. What kind of broad head are you shooting? At that angle and distance you should have gotten much more penetration. Ben a pass through. Great buck! Great recovery!

Agreed. This was an NC Rage X-treme. We think it hit a rib wrong or my bow possibly got out of tune. Hopefully a freak accident that never happens again!
